Lost photos of the Rolling Stones that were taken by Bob Bonis, the road manager of their first American tours, will be displayed (see a weird one above of a mid-60s concert on a high school field “gone out-of-control”) at a gallery in NYC. Called the Not Fade Away Gallery, located at 901 Broadway at 20th Street, it will feature more than 50 of the “lost” photos, some of which they shared exclusively with The NY Post.
Speaking of “lost” Rolling Stones, Ronnie Wood had been given an ultimatum by the band — sober up or get out (according to the media). And The NY Post, the guardians of trash-talk, recently labeled Keith Richards a hypocrite:
“RONNIE Wood‘s bandmates aren’t exactly leading by example. The Rolling Stone, who has a history of alcohol abuse, was told by guitarist Keith Richards to sober up or risk being dumped from the group’s upcoming US tour, according to British press reports. But it didn’t stop Richards from drinking the night away with friends at Plunge rooftop bar at the Gansevoort in Miami. Wood, 61, is still seeing Ekaterina Ivanova, the 20-year-old Russian cocktail waitress for whom he left his wife of 23 years in July.”
What BS. One night of good-time drinking cannot be compared to Wood’s existential bender. Let’s get real here, NY Post!
