Sample Clips of the Upcoming Movie “Anvil! The Story of Anvil” are Hilarious
Doc-God, Michael Moore, called it “The best documentary I’ve seen in years!” And you gotta believe what he says (this time).
For proof he might be right: If you haven’t checked out clips for the upcoming documentary “Anvil! The Story of Anvil” yet — the story of middle-aged Canadian metal band Anvil (drummer Robb Reiner and guitarist Steve “Lips” Kudlow, above) — go to anvilmovie.com and click on the clips.
This movie might rival Spinal Tap (Anvill songs like “Forged in Fire” and “Mothra” certainly do). And this is the real thing! I cannot wait til it comes out.
It’s theatrical release is spring of next year.
In the meantime, the world’s most famous dude, Keanu Reeves, is presenting the film at London Film Festival on Oct 21st! There should be a little Bill and Ted reunion, too.
