Superbad’s Emma Stone Plays “Rocker” Bassist
In the new movie “The Rocker,” cute Emma Stone (above) plays a rock bassist for a garage band. Here’s what she says about the whole rock n’ roll experience to GQ:
“I like to think I lost myself in the music. I’m not quite sure what the look is portraying—but I’m sure it’s up there with the uglier faces of all time.”
Well, director Judd Apatow also told her he casts girls who actually find dick jokes funny.

“The Rocker” is about a 80s hair band drummer trying to relive his glory years. Pretty relevant nowadays. In other words, a must-see comedy (see trailer below). I’m hoping for some decent 80s glam metal references.

I don’t think a contrived comedy could ever be as funny as real life…or reality TV life! What could be funnier than Rock of Love 2 or “Nostradamus is avenged?”
